What is Furr Lap™?

Why did you create Furr Lap™?

Because I wanted my dog close while I worked, but she couldn't settle in my lap. She'd squirm, stand up, and I'd have to hold her in place. Neither of us was comfortable, and I felt guilty for not being able to give her what she wanted—just to be near me. When I couldn't find a solution, I created one. Furr Lap™ is for anyone who wants that same closeness without having to choose between comfort and connection.

How is Furr Lap™ different from a regular pet bed?

Regular pet beds are made for floors—for sleeping alone, apart from you. Furr Lap™ is made for togetherness. It's shaped to fit your lap, provides gentle support so your pet can relax, and keeps your hands free so you can work, hold your coffee, or just be present. What size pets is Furr Lap™ for?

Can I use Furr Lap™ while working at my desk?

What about the waist strap—is it required?

No, the strap is optional. Many people use Furr Lap™ without it and love it. The strap is there for extra stability when your pet likes to shift or stand up—it just keeps the bed in place so you don't have to hold it. Some people use it at their desk, others never attach it at all. It detaches completely on both sides, so you decide what works best for you and your pet.

Is it safe for older or less mobile pets?

Is the cover removable and washable?
